How does payment work?+
50% deposit at booking locks the reservation. Balance is due 14 days before arrival. We process payments through Stripe. International Visa, Mastercard, and American Express are accepted. Cards are charged in your local currency at standard exchange rates.
What is the cancellation policy?+
100% refund if you cancel 30 or more days before check-in. 50% refund between 14 and 29 days. Inside 14 days, no refund. Match cancellation, venue change, or travel restrictions are always fully refunded regardless of timing.
How many guests can the house hold?+
The house is configured for 8 to 10 guests across 4 bedrooms. Additional guests beyond 10 are not permitted.
Is the property secure?+
Smart lock entry with rotating codes, off-street parking, and a quiet residential location with low foot traffic. The house is yours alone for the stay.
Do you sell match tickets?+
No. We rent the house and (on most packages) bundle a vehicle for the stay. Match tickets are sold through FIFA-authorized resellers. We're not a ticket broker.
How does the vehicle bundle work?+
Silver bundles a Kia Forte sedan. Gold, Platinum, and Ultimate bundle a Fisker Ocean SUV (electric, with EV charging at the house). The vehicle is yours for the full stay with full insurance. Bronze is house only, no vehicle.
Who can drive the vehicle?+
One primary driver on the booking, age 25 or older, valid license required. International licenses accepted with passport. Additional drivers are $25 each with the same requirements. Full insurance is built into the reservation.
What languages do you support?+
English and Spanish are live on WhatsApp. Portuguese, French, and Arabic respond within one hour. Czech, Haitian Creole, Russian, and others are handled with translator assistance.
Are parties or events allowed?+
Reasonable group gatherings are welcome. Amplified outdoor sound is prohibited after 10 PM. No additional overnight guests beyond the reserved group. For any large gathering, please confirm scope before booking.
Smoking or vaping?+
Outdoor only. Indoor smoking or vaping triggers a $500 cleaning fee. Please respect the property for the next guest.
Can I extend my stay?+
Yes, subject to availability. Extra nights are $450 each. Tell us at booking and we lock the extended window.
Do you do airport pickup?+
If your package bundles a vehicle (Silver, Gold, Platinum, Ultimate), we hand the vehicle off at Hartsfield-Jackson. Bronze guests get a clear self-arrival guide and meet at the house.
Are you a travel agent? Do you pay commission?+
We work with vetted travel agents on a 10% commission, paid 7 days after group arrival. Email

How close is the house to Mercedes-Benz Stadium?+
Four miles. About 12 minutes by car on a typical match day, slightly longer if you take MARTA. We share match-day timing tips at check-in.
What if my team doesn't make the knockout round in Atlanta?+
Your reservation stands regardless of team performance. Atlanta hosts 3 knockout matches and a semifinal; Gold, Platinum, and Ultimate guests will see top-tier knockout football no matter which teams advance. We do not pro-rate or refund based on team performance.
